🔧 Key Responsibilities
Ensure day-to-day operation, monitoring & maintenance of all electrical machinery, production lines and utilities.
Supervise and maintain packaging lines, motors, control panels, conveyors, generators, sub-station, PLC & automation systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimize downtime.
Prepare and execute Preventive & Predictive Maintenance plans.
Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, service reports and daily records.
Ensure compliance with Electrical Safety, LOTO, Fire Safety and other safety standards.
Support installation, testing & commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
Prepare reports on power consumption, load management and energy optimization.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
🎓 Educational Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Additional technical training/certification will be an added advantage.
💼 Experience Requirements
1–3 years of factory-based electrical maintenance experience
(Manufacturing / FMCG / Food & Beverage preferred).
✨ Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, panel boards, VFD, PLC, sensors & control systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and handle breakdowns efficiently.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work in shifts.
